UNITED STATES
Winterfell LCC is a Massachusetts limited liability company which controls and operates the US Web shop from their offices in the United States of America, and all information is processed within the United States. They do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site or purchase products from the Site from locations outside of the United States do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Site. If you access the Site from locations outside the United States you agree that any information you provide to or though the Site may be processed in the United States. In terms of payment, we use authorize.net, where you can use credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. Prices are stated in US dollars. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made. Customers will be charged applicable sales tax, which will be reflected in the amount show when the customer checks out.


EUROPEAN UNION
Db Equipment AS is registered (NO997484851), and operates out of Norway, under Norwegian law.
Db Equipment AS is also registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in Denmark (CVR 34 53 97 66) – our customs point of entry when shipping goods to the EU. Therefore all shipments to our EU residents will be automatically invoiced with the Danish VAT of 25% included in the price. The sales tax may most likely not be refundable or deductible in your country, local exceptions may apply. All products are ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to a private person within the EU.
In terms of payment, we accept PayPal, where you can use credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. Prices are stated in EURO. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made.


NORWAY
Db Equipment AS is registered (NO997484851), and operates out of Norway, under Norwegian law.
Therefore all shipments to Norwegian residents will be automatically invoiced with the Norwegian MVA of 25% included in the price. All products are ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to a private person in Norway. In terms of payment, we accept PayPal, where you can use credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. Prices are stated in NOK. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made.


SWITZERLAND
Db Equipment AS is registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in Denmark (CVR 34 53 97 66) – our customs point of entry when shipping goods to Europe. Since Switzerland is outside the European Union we will not charge Swiss customers with Danish VAT.
Db Equipment AS will handle all works to Switzerland, but customers will have to pay the local VAT (8%) and the direct customs fee (estimated to be around 2€) to local authorities when receiving our products. Db Equipment AS is not responsible for the local regulations in Switzerland, and customers are buying our products at their own risk.

Db Equipment AS encourages all Swiss customers to confirm these regulations with your local authorities before ordering. SHIPPING

UNITED STATES
Winterfell LCC ships to all fifty United States. All shipments (standard, priority and to Canada) are handled via UPS. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday(holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The following rates apply to the continental United States only.

Standard Delivery: $15.00 Shipping Charge. Orders typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days (Monday through Fridaynot including holidays).

Priority Deliivery: $25.00 Shipping Charge. Orders for items not currently in stock cannot not be shipped Priority. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).

Canadian Delivery: $30.00 Shipping Charge + applicable duties and taxes upon arrival in Canada. These bags arriving with a 7% duty applicable to the value of the bag. PST (Provincial Sales Tax) varies. GST (Goods and Services Tax) is 5%. The consumer is responsible for these duties and taxes upon arrival in Canada.


EUROPE
Db Equipment AS ships to all 27 nations within the European Union. All shipments are handled via Prime Cargo with an average delivery time of 2-5days after the order has been placed. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process, and usually vary between 10-20 €.


NORWAY
All shipments in Norway are handled via Tollpost Globe MyPack with an average delivery time of 2 days. MyPack delivers you order to a location near you with over 700 place of delivery all over Norway. When the package arrives at the destination you will get a SMS or email telling you that your order has arrived. On locations where MyPack do not have a local agent for delivery, MyPack automatically forwards your package with Bring Logistics (Posten).

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Årnes.


DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION (GLOBAL)
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as they are uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.


RETURNS

GLOBAL
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.


UNITED STATES RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges can be made in our store, located at 1940 Mountain Road, Stowe, Vermont, 05672. If you need to mail your Return or Exchange, you must first email or call 207.249.5623 to get a return authorization. Mailed Returns or Exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. Winterfell is not responsible for lost packages.
